Program
We offer programs for Children, Youth and Adults. The core style of instruction is Goju Ryu, one of the four main styles of karate practiced in world. Students also learn
supplemental judo techniques, weapons and grappling techniques. Students may choose to participate at a recreational, or competitive level. They are also taught to apply
techniques for self-defence purposes and in the sport context. Whichever route is taken our program corresponds to World Karate Federation standards. This means
students learn the rules of competition which are currently under consideration for inclusion in the Olympic Games.
